Yes. You can cancel or reschedule a lesson up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time at no charge. Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee as outlined in our terms.

We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as PayPal. Payment is processed securely at the time of booking. You'll always receive a receipt via email.

What if my teacher doesn't show up?

If your teacher misses a session without prior notice, you'll receive a full refund automatically within 3–5 business days. You can also report the issue directly from your dashboard.

How do I leave a review?

After each completed lesson, you'll receive an email prompt to leave a review. You can also visit your booking history in your student dashboard and click 'Leave a review' next to any completed session.

How do I apply to become a teacher?

Visit our Become a Teacher page and complete the application form. You'll need to provide your qualifications, teaching experience, and a short introduction video. Our team reviews every application carefully.

How long does approval take?

Most applications are reviewed within 3–5 business days. You'll receive an email notification once a decision has been made. If we need additional information, we'll reach out directly.

How do I set my availability?

Once approved, log in to your teacher dashboard and navigate to the Availability section. You can set recurring weekly hours or block out specific dates and times as needed.

How do I get paid?

Earnings are transferred to your connected bank account on a weekly basis, every Monday. You can view your payment history and upcoming payouts in the Payments section of your dashboard.
